The Opportunity We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Mitchelton. In this role, you will: Lead the planning and implementation of a high-quality educational program aligned with the EYLF Inspire and mentor Educators within your room Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment Build strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card) Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification Demonstrated experience leading a room in a long day care setting Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS A genuine passion for early childhood education and mentoring others Why Join Busy Bees?
