About the role We are looking for caring and reliable Aged Care Support Workers to support older people living independently in their own homes. In this role, you will help clients with everyday tasks, personal care, and social support, allowing them to stay safe, comfortable, and connected in their community. Shifts are available during weekdays, based on client needs. Duties will include: Providing personal care such as showering, grooming, and hygiene Assisting with meal preparation and light household tasks Supporting clients with shopping, appointments, and social outings Observing and reporting changes in a client’s wellbeing Following individual care plans and completing basic documentation Travelling between client homes within your local area including Mortdale, Hurstville, Arncliffe, Penshurst, Peakhurst and surrounding suburbs.
