Key Responsibilities Manage daily deliveries, ensuring goods meet quality standards and are stored safely to prevent damage. Maintain accurate inventory systems, support monthly and annual stocktakes, and reconcile physical counts with records. Assist with purchasing activities, supplier coordination, and administrative tasks related to stores and procurement. Help develop and improve procedures for storage, distribution, and overall store operations. Liaise with department heads to plan supply needs, delivery schedules, and specification changes while supporting financial administration. Uphold safety, cleanliness, and professional presentation standards in the store, loading dock, and personal grooming. Support operational needs such as event bump-ins and carry out additional tasks as directed by management. What You BringYou hold a hospitality or business education/certificate preferred but not essential.
