Key Responsibilities Facilitate workshops, focus groups and deep‑dive sessions to capture and translate business requirements Develop process maps, functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration documents Support system design, configuration, testing, data migration and deployment activities Monitor data quality, process compliance and alignment to policies and regulatory requirements Identify, track and escalate risks and issues; contribute to mitigation planning Prepare progress reports and present findings to senior stakeholders Support change management activities including communications, training materials and end‑user training Collaborate with internal teams, SMEs and external vendors to deliver a high‑quality solution Skills & Experience Essential: Tertiary qualification in a relevant business‑related discipline Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and documentation skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities Solid understanding of HR systems and best‑practice processes Experience delivering or supporting SAP SuccessFactors Highly Regarded: Certified in SuccessFactors across at least 1 module, multiple would be great Exposure to large, multi‑site organisational environments Previous experience within major transformation or systems implementation projects What's on Offer Join a major HRIS transformation program High‑impact project role with strong stakeholder visibility Hybrid working flexibility Supportive project environment with opportunities to grow your skills
