We're seeking a commercially astute National Key Account Manager - OEM to drive growth, strengthen strategic partnerships and deliver tangible business outcomes. This is more than account management. It's about owning national OEM relationships, influencing strategy and delivering profitable growth. What You'll Be Responsible For Lead and grow strategic OEM partnerships across Factory Fill and Genuine Brand divisions Drive volume, margin and market share through structured sales plans Lead tenders and negotiate high-value commercial agreements Identify range expansion and dealer growth opportunities Act as the key link between customers, manufacturing and product teams Own forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting Maintain pricing discipline and profitability Deliver technical and sales training across OEM and dealer networks Provide market intelligence and competitor insights What We're Looking For 3-5 years in Key Account or Sales Management Experience managing complex national customers Strong commercial acumen (forecasting, budgeting, margin management) Proven tender and contract negotiation capability Automotive or industrial experience preferred (adjacent industries considered) Strong analytical skills and stakeholder influence Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and SAP Why Join?
