The Opportunity Reporting to the Dealer Principal, the Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales department to achieve volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction objectives. This role oversees sales staff performance, inventory management, customer experience, and compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards. The Sales Manager drives revenue growth through effective leadership, training, and strategic planning. Key Accountabilities Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target Lead daily sales meetings and monitor team KPI Manage lead allocation and closing performance Coach and develop sales consultants Review and approve deals prior to F&I submission Monitor gross profit, expenses, and compliance Oversee inventory levels, aging stock, and merchandising Ensure an outstanding customer buying experience The ideal candidate will have You will have a proven background in sales, sales management and within a Recreational Vehicle dealership or similar industry Strong leadership and communication skills are essential as your role is to provide leadership, training, and direction to the team members under your guidance Meticulously organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously The ability to bring customer delight to your customer service, maximising customer satisfaction, retention and brand loyalty You will have a high level of integrity with all your internal and external stakeholders What we offer Competitive salary package with uncapped commission Head Office support in all aspects of the sales process Diverse and collaborate working environment An opportunity to grow a business and engage the community Ready to join the caravanning revolution and discover your path?
