The Role: Join the Melbourne team and take ownership of a major Victorian portfolio. Lead the delivery of a large scale community Manage rollout of 200–220 lots per year (traditional housing & townhomes) Build and maintain strong builder and stakeholder relationships Mentor and lead a dedicated Assistant Development Manager Report to senior management and take accountability for your project Exposure to an additional smaller scale residential development in close out phase Why Join this business?
