We’re a leading box manufacturing company in North Richmond, and we’re on the lookout for a confident, reliable Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced warehouse team. If you know your way around a Counterbalance and High Reach forklift and enjoy keeping things moving, this could be the role for you. What You’ll Be Doing: Operating Counterbalance & High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently Pick packing orders with accuracy and attention to detail Using RF scanners to manage stock and inventory Loading and unloading trucks Relocating stock from one facility to the other Supporting the team with general warehouse duties Maintaining a safe, clean and productive workspace ✅ What We’re Looking For: Valid LF Forklift Licence Minimum 6 months forklift experience (Counterbalance & High Reach essential) Experience with pick packing and RF scanning Strong work ethic and reliability Team player with good communication skills Commitment to workplace safety Why Join Us?
