About the Centre and role We’re excited to be expanding our team with a second Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) position within our service. We welcome applicants who hold a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood or are currently working toward their Bachelor’s degree. This role won’t be based in our Kindergarten room, but you will play a valuable part in supporting another room within the service. The position may operate as a float role, where you’ll help cover lunches and programming for our 3–5-year age group, and at times you may be required to cover annual leave. Hours available for this role: Flexible arrangements available (must be able to work 5 days per week) Example shifts: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm or a 7.5-hour shift If you’re passionate about contributing to a collaborative, supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you! About the Role Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school and positive experiences within our community.
