About the Role Reporting to the Learning & Organisational Development Manager, Consumer ANZ, this role is perfect for someone who loves variety, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and enjoys making meaningful connections across the business. You’ll be at the heart of our People & Culture team, coordinating initiatives that elevate employee experience, strengthen our culture, and support the full employee lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with leaders, P&C colleagues, and employees across the organisation — playing a visible, proactive and trusted role in our team. This is a hands‑on role with plenty of opportunity to learn, grow, and expand your P&C capability in a supportive, generalist environment based in Mount Waverley. Responsibilities · Coordinate onboarding programs that ensure new starters feel welcomed and connected. · Continuously improve processes across the employee lifecycle. · Support delivery of our Recognition programs (Reward Gateway, Service Recognition). · Assist with recruitment activities. · Provide reporting and insights that help us continuously lift the employee experience. · Support delivery of engagement, wellbeing, values and social initiatives. · Assist with HR generalist activities and training initiatives. · Work with the P&C team to deliver activities from our annual P&C calendar. What You Bring · Certificate IV in HR or relevant experience/ qualifications. · Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. · Excellent communication skills — written and verbal. · Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). · A self‑starter mindset with strong attention to detail. · Basic understanding of HR principles and employment law (HRIS experience a bonus). · A genuine passion for creating a workplace where people feel valued and supported · The ability to build strong relationships and trust across all levels Sounds like you?
