Job Description YOUR ROLE Reporting to the Manager, Brand and Creative Content, the Graphic Designer provides strategic and tactical design advice and solutions for a wide range of external and internal communication products across all channels and platforms. You’ll deliver smart, creative and insights-led solutions to help MACS achieve its mission. As a brand champion, you’ll ensure MACS’ brand identity is brought to life in creative and compelling ways across all projects and platforms. WHAT YOU WILL DO Develop creative concepts and design solutions aligned to MACS’ strategic objectives. Produce high-quality print and digital collateral for campaigns, publications and major projects. Manage projects from brief to final artwork, ensuring delivery to deadline and budget. Uphold and protect MACS’ brand identity across all communication materials. Liaise with printers, photographers and external suppliers to ensure quality production. Maintain governance of the Digital Asset Management platform. Contribute positively to a collaborative and high-performing team culture. ABOUT YOU You are a graphic design professional with an outstanding portfolio of brand, campaign and publication projects. You ideally have experience in agency or corporate environments with a track record providing design solutions for digital and print channels. Your well-developed conceptual thinking, and enthusiastic, agile approach to creative problem-solving complement your ability to communicate creative solutions and champion industry best practice. Your proficiency in software including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, underpin your strategic design solutions.
