Job Description YOUR ROLE The People Experience (PX) function partners with MACS head office business units to support managers and employees across the employment lifecycle, ensuring compliance and strengthening attraction, retention and workforce planning outcomes. Within PX, the Employee Experience team leads strategic initiatives, cyclical People & Culture programs, and oversees workforce metrics, reporting and key P&C systems. The Employee Experience Partner plays a key role in leading and delivering end-to-end strategic initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and build organisational capability. WHAT YOU WILL DO Support the design and delivery of cyclical People Experience (PX) initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including surveys, onboarding, engagement and recognition programs, ensuring timelines and outcomes are achieved. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, overseeing timelines, budgets, risks and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Partner with key stakeholders to drive engagement, manage change, mitigate risks and ensure the successful implementation of PX initiatives. Identify and implement process improvements through data analysis, research and best practice solutions to enhance efficiency, standardisation and organisational performance. Monitor, evaluate and report on project outcomes, facilitating workshops and providing clear updates to ensure transparency, continuous improvement and sustained impact. ABOUT YOU Proven experience in leading and/or playing the part of a key stakeholder in P&C projects and programs, with a focus on employee engagement, and people transformation Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyse data to drive informed decision-making Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges HOW TO APPLY Please refer to the position description for further details about the role and the Key Selection Criteria.
