Broad work experiences You'll undertake up to 3 rotations across the year to gain a range of experience and learn about the breadth of work the Agency delivers. You will work on real, relevant, and practical projects in collaboration with your team, colleagues across the Agency and APS, and experts within the digital health landscape. You'll engage with policies, products and services that directly impact the public. Structured learning and development We'll support you to develop the skills, knowledge, behaviours and networks you need in the Agency and APS to launch and progress your career. You'll be allocated a buddy and senior mentor, in addition to the support you'll receive from your manager and team in each rotation. The aim is to build your confidence and skills so together we can deliver the best outcomes for Australians. Competitive salary and conditions As a graduate, you'll receive: a starting salary of $84,492 plus 15.4% superannuation, equivalent to the Agency's APS4 level flexible working arrangements, including work from home arrangements 20 days annual leave, plus office closure between Christmas and New Year access to other types of leave, including personal/carers leave, cultural leave, First Nations ceremonial leave, parental leave, and family and domestic violence support support through our employee assistance program, offering free professional coaching and counselling reasonable adjustments to ensure you can perform at your best - these are available throughout the recruitment process and in the workplace.
