We are looking for a Field Customer Support Specialist, a pivotal role in building and nurturing strong relationships with our channels to market, truck dealers, and fleets. A critical aspect of this position is providing expert technical support to workshop technicians, service managers, and parts interpreters-ensuring quick and effective resolution of technical issues in the field. Additionally, the successful candidate will proactively seek out opportunities to expand Eaton's sales and market presence, directly supporting new business development across all areas of Eaton's Mobility Group. The ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems on the spot, combined with a customer-focused approach and a drive to increase Eaton's market share, are essential attributes for success in this role. You will need to be available for flexible regular travel (roughly 30-40%). What you'll do: Develop long-term relationships with channels to market, truck dealers and fleets ensuring Eaton are front of mind and the provider of choice Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical problems utilising diagnostic skills and tools Provide new product information and sales support to customers informing them about new product releases and technological developments Identify opportunities and recommend strategies to increase sales of Eaton products & services Function as a customer advocate bringing the VOC (voice of customer) to leadership and drive continuous improvement Represent Eaton at trade shows, product launches, industry and customer events. Qualifications: Minium 5 years of mechanical or technical related experience in commercial vehicle Sales experience within a mechanical or technical environment CANBUS experience Trade/technical qualifications within the heavy commercial vehicle industry considered a distinct advantage.
