About the role When someone reaches out in a moment of financial stress, you could be the steady, compassionate voice that helps them feel supported again. As an Emergency Relief Assessor, you’ll speak with community members over the phone, listen to their story, understand their needs, and connect them with practical support that can make a real difference in their day-to-day lives. This full-time, permanent role is based at our Morley site, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:45am–5:15pm. Flexible hybrid working arrangements are available, with a minimum of two days per week in the office. Pay is in accordance with the SCHADS Level 3 Award.
