Located on the grounds of St Joseph's Primary School in Nambour, our 90-place service provides high-quality before school care, after school care, and vacation care for school-aged children. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operation of our Before and After School Care and Vacation Care programs, ensuring a safe and enriching environment. Lead a dedicated team of educators, inspiring and supporting them to bring out their best. Develop and implement innovative, play-based programs that cater to our children's interests and needs. Build strong relationships with children, families, and the school community, fostering a sense of belonging. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of care and safety. Requirements of the Role: Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines. Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis. Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor. Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place. Previous childcare service management experience. Child Protection training is required for this role. Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
