Expressions of Interest Leading Commercial Construction Company Currently accepting expressions of interest for this role Key Responsibilities: Pricing bid packages Requesting and negotiating pricing from sub-contractors Establish pricing schedules Review specifications and drawings to complete bid review forms Perform bid evaluations Create Bills of materials from drawings Follow up tender results and update tender register Ideal Candidate will possess the following attributes: Previous experience in a similar role as a Commercial Estimator Experience working on medium to large scale commercial construction projects in WA Ability to produce competitive and accurate estimates for large scale projects Commercial negotiation experience and well developed influencing skills Strong knowledge of the risks related to the commercial construction industry is essential Experience with established relationships with key sub-contractors and suppliers in metro and regional WA is essential High ability to meet deadlines, productive within a high pressure work environment *High attention to detail, technically, in particular in the review of client/job scope, brief and requirements To be successful in this position, you will have worked within the commercial sector on various projects throughout WA.
