Beyond Limits Paediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Camden. We support children aged 0–16 years with a wide range of developmental delays and disabilities. Our services include Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Psychology, Feeding Therapy, Exercise Physiology, and Allied Health Assistants . This role is primarily clinic-based , with the option to provide community-based services , including preschool, school, and home visits—offering variety while maintaining structure and balance. This role will be required to: Work within a dynamic growing team of professionals dedicated to providing the best outcomes for children with developmental delay and/or disabilities. Assess and coordinate the delivery of therapy services to children with developmental delay and/or disabilities. Ability to work independently, demonstrated organisation skills, utilise problem-solving skills and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Promote children’s inclusion through participating in daily routines at home, in the community and in early childhood settings. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Requirements Recognised degree in Speech Pathology Eligibility for CPSP (Certified Practising Speech Pathologist) membership with Speech Pathology Australia Experience delivering evidence-based assessments and interventions (all experience levels considered) Understanding of the NDIS Strong relationship-building skills grounded in trust and respect Ability to work with families from diverse cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds Unrestricted driver’s licence and willingness to use your own vehicle for community visits Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number
