About the role: In your role as Assistant Vice President you will be a core member of a cross-functional team established to oversee the relationship between MUFG Oceania, regional branches and material service providers. You will report into the Vice President, Corporate Planning & Strategy Manager and will support governance activities by coordinating with internal stakeholders and assisting with oversight of material service providers to ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations including APRA CPS230. What you'll be doing: Collaborate as part of a cross-functional team to support compliance with CPS230 requirements by executing deliverables within the project milestones and in adherence with internal policies and regulatory guidelines Partner with 2nd Line of Defense to ensure continued alignment between standards/strategies and applicable Bank policies Create routine reporting cadence, data analytics, and produce dashboard reporting and other reporting artifacts to proactively identify emerging risks, issues, or challenges Coordinate processes and workflows and monitor activities across the business units Assist in preparing Oceania Executive Committee (OEXCO) level reporting where required Work in partnership with stakeholders across various departments to ensure required documentation and data is accurate and provided on time What we are looking for: 3 years' experience in third-party risk management Diploma / tertiary qualifications in a related discipline Working knowledge of vendor-related laws and regulatory requirement Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships across all levels and effectively adapt to varied situations Proficiency in the full suite of core Microsoft products, including Excel and Powerpoint A proactive and detailed orientated approach to all tasks Our culture: MUFG fosters a highly professional, supportive work environment that enables our employees to help maximize our customers' prosperity.
