We’re on the hunt for a Team Leader to steer the team and keep things running at top gear! You’ll be the go-to expert, making sure quality stays high, targets are smashed, and the team keeps growing through great training and support. Working side by side with other production leads and the department manager, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency and keeping our operations on track. Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and technical direction Translate strategy into clear, actionable priorities for your team Identify opportunities to improveprocesses, efficiency and outcomes Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement Balance operationaldelivery with forward-thinking improvements Keep targets on track and sign off on all completed work Champion safety, lean principles, and a positive team culture You have at least 2 years experience leading/ supervising a team within a fast paced environment (automotive industry would be an advantage). You are tech savvy and quick to learn new systems. You have excellent communication and problem solving skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. You hold a current NSW driver's Licence. In this role you’ll be based in our St Peters workshop with plenty of room for parking and train/ bus stops nearby.
