The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our team in Joondalup. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative and basic accounting knowledge who is looking to grow their skills within a supportive and well established business.

Key Responsibilities

General administrative support
Bookkeeping duties
Assisting with accounts processing
Working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Supporting the wider office team as required

About You : Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has:

Strong computer skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Good communication skills
A general understanding of accounting principles
A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Selection Criteria

Skills as listed above
Previous administrative or accounts experience is an advantage
Driver’s licence is desirable but not essential
