The Role: With their previous Building Manager remaining with them for 7 years before moving interstate, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of Sydney’s most prominent buildings Day-to-day management of the building Managing contractors, consultants, and service providers Liaising extensively with Owners, Residents, Strata Managers and Committee Members Supervision of both preventative and reactive Maintenance requirements Scheduling statutory certification activities and inspections of common property Preparing detailed reports and maintaining accurate site records Overseeing WHS and environmental requirements, including contractor inductions and compliance Requirements: Mechanical engineering experience (Graduates will also be considered) Building Management experience preferred Well-presented & well-spoken and keen to build a long-term career in Building / Facilities Management Mature-minded and customer service-focused Benefits: Step straight in, No set-up required!
