About Us Jardin Spectrum Assist is an Allied Health e-Practice based in the Greater Brisbane Area, delivering high-quality Telehealth services across Australia, as well as in-person support in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, and Toowoomba. We specialise in supporting individuals with disabilities, including autistic and neurodiverse clients. Key Responsibilities Therapy Services Provide therapy services in alignment with a neurodiversity-affirming approach. Apply person-centred, strengths-based, and human rights frameworks to foster a respectful and empowering client experience. Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations and develop individualised therapy plans. Plan and implement therapeutic interventions designed to enhance client independence, well-being, and quality of life. Conduct NDIS Assessments Perform Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments. Lead intake sessions to gather comprehensive information essential for accurate assessments. Document all interactions and assessment details in our CRM system, maintaining secure, consistent client records. Collaborate with the team to obtain any additional documentation or information required from clients, ensuring thorough and holistic assessments. Uphold person-centred, strengths-based, and human rights frameworks throughout all assessment interactions. Diagnostic Assessment Team Participation Participate in our multidisciplinary diagnostic team to support assessments for Autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental conditions. Conduct intake sessions and formal diagnostic interviews as part of the diagnostic process. Engage in regular MDT case discussions and formulation meetings to ensure thorough, collaborative, and evidence-informed diagnoses. Training and supervision will be provided as needed to support competency in conducting diagnostic interviews and contributing to formal assessment reports. Collaborative Work Actively contribute to multidisciplinary team (MDT) discussions, collaboration, and check-ins on assessments such as FCA, SIL, Funding Recommendation Letters, and Diagnostic Assessments. Attend team meetings, case conferences, and contribute valuable insights to support the development of holistic, client-focused service strategies. Documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including session notes, assessments, and treatment plans, in line with legal, ethical, and professional standards. Use Jardin Spectrum Assist's e-practice software to manage secure client data and follow all company protocols to ensure confidentiality and data security. Qualifications Are qualified and registered in their discipline: Occupational Therapists (AHPRA) Experience working with diverse client populations, including neurodiverse individuals.
