What You Will Do Provide in-theatre technical and clinical support during knee and hip procedures, enabling safe and effective use of robotic technology Deliver pre-operative case planning by segmenting and analysing CT data using specialised software Act as the primary point of contact for surgeons and theatre staff during procedures, ensuring seamless workflow and product utilisation Support procedures day to day, maintaining readiness and accuracy in high-pressure clinical environments Train healthcare professionals on product use and surgical applications through structured, on-site education sessions Maintain accurate case documentation and system data to support compliance and continuous improvement Collaborate with internal teams to align case coverage, inventory, and scheduling requirements Monitor product usage and provide feedback to support product development and customer outcomes What You Will Need Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Allied Health, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Science, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Osteo, Podiatry, or a related field Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical, or patient-facing environment Full, unrestricted Australian driver's license Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting surgical or clinical environments Exposure to medical devices, healthcare technology, theatre environments or anatomy-focused roles Additional Information Territory-based role covering Canberra and surrounding areas Regular attendance in hospitals and operating theatres required Frequent local travel required; occasional regional travel may be needed Comprehensive training provided, including robotics certification Career progression pathways within a global medical technology organisation Multiple financial benefits including health care, financial wellbeing, insurance benefits.
