25th February, 2026 We are seeking immediate applications for reliable and hardworking Timber Yard Persons/ General Hands to join our clients' team in Dandenong South About the role: Monday - Thursday Day Shift at 7.15am - 4pm Friday 7.15am-1:30pm $31.23 super Ongoing opportunity for the right candidate Laminating Production Team Members Duties and Responsibilities 1. Timber Sorting and Colour Matching 2. Docking Timber Using Optimizer Saw to Make Timber tops , Panels and Treads 3. Gluing and Clamping panels in the Manual Clamping Racks and Rotary Presses 4. Accurately laminating timber treads and panels in the clamping Racks 5. Recording daily production Run sheets 6. Keeping the environment Safe and Clean 7. Due care keeping machinery and Clamping Racks in optimum condition 8. Sanding Panels to desired thickness and Sanding Grit Level as per the specification using large drum sanders 9. Manual Handing of timber and Timber Panels 10. Returning Unused timber to Customer Orders 11. Keeping the glue heads and other apparatus clean and Tidy 12. Other tasks assigned by the team leads Attributes 1. Physically fit able to work 8-hour shifts handling timber and laminated panels 2. Punctual and good work ethic 3. Honesty and integrity 4.
