AFGRI is seeking a dedicated Whole Goods Administrator to join our Esperance team. This will be Maternity Leave cover (Contract role). Responsibilities: Ensure that all sales staff provide the correct documentation applicable to transactions and process deals within stated timeframes Maintain stock records in all company systems Monitor and record all stock movements Maintain filing and records of whole goods deals Assists with maintaining delivery schedules Ensure timely payment of all whole goods invoices as per delivery advice Close all whole goods deals, record all manufacturer retail notices and register warranties Reconcile manufacturer systems to AFGRI systems Report sales and claim marketing programs Follow up outstanding paperwork as requested Debtor management, collation, and handle customer inquiries Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded Good working knowledge of Excel including drafting reports Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office, internet functions and dealer business system(s) Excellent organisational skills, time management and attention to detail Please email recruitment@afgri.com.au if you feel this role is for you
