Job Description Oversee and manage all aspects of business operations, including logistics & distribution, customer service, business development and purchasing & finance. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery. Lead and mentor a team to achieve business objectives and maintain a high-performance culture. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies. Manage budgets and financial performance to achieve profitability targets. Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reporting to senior management. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions. The Successful Applicant A successful Branch Manager should have: Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced wholesale or FMCG environment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Comprehensive understanding of end to end business leadership Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. A strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and drive business growth. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
