Reporting to the Recruitment Program Lead, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment supporting two key entities within Genus: Partum Engineering and CommTel. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and project needs Advertise vacancies and proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search, and other sourcing platforms Screen, shortlist, and conduct candidate interviews Maintain accurate data within the ATS, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures Contribute to strategic talent initiatives and employer branding activities Provide regular recruitment updates, insights, and market feedback to internal stakeholders About You You are a confident and proactive recruiter who enjoys building genuine, long-term relationships with both stakeholders and candidates. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering a high-quality recruitment experience.
