About the Role Due to continued growth, Contract Resources is seeking a highly motivated and organised Recruitment Administrator to join our Perth-based team. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, this role plays a critical part in supporting the Talent Acquisition team during our peak shutdown periods. As the Recruitment Administrator, you will provide end-to-end administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, and compliance. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role suited to someone who thrives on organisation, systems, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Duties will include but not limited to Managing and maintaining recruitment trackers and internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates Coordinating reference checks for new candidates in line with company requirements Assisting with visa applications for international candidates and tracking visa status and expiry dates Supporting candidate onboarding by preparing documentation and coordinating pre-employment checks Providing administrative support to Talent Acquisition Specialists, including reporting, data entry, and general recruitment administration Acting as a key point of contact for recruitment-related enquiries, providing timely and professional responses to internal and external stakeholders Ensuring all candidate and company information is handled with the highest level of confidentiality Supporting day-to-day recruitment operations within a fast-paced, high-volume environment Requirements & Experience Needed 2 years of experience in an administrative, recruitment, or HR role Experience supporting a Talent Team within the Oil & Gas Industry or similar sector (highly regarded but not essential) Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy when handling documentation and data Competence using Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn internal systems and databases Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines, particularly during peak shutdown periods A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic How to apply If you are seeking a challenging and rewarding role with a dynamic, growing organisation, please select the ‘Apply Now’ button to submit your application.
