The Opportunity: The practice currently seeks a Project Architect to join their team on a permanent basis. This practice has a proven track record of upskilling staff, and as such long term prospects exist to progress within the organisation. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate must be able to: Contribute to all project phases, from concept design through to construction documentation and administration; Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative and practical design solutions; Engage with team leaders and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives; Utilize BIM tools, particularly Autodesk Revit, for efficient project documentation. Skills Required: A registered architect or nearly registered (those seeking support through this process will be encouraged); Proficiency in Revit and BIM360 is essential; Strong design and technical skills with attention to detail; Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
