You will take a lead role in project design and delivery across a range projects from concept development through documentation and construction. As part of a collaborative studio, you’ll contribute to design excellence and mentor emerging talent within the team. The Role This position sits within the delivery team, producing high-quality design and documentation to support projects from early coordination through to construction and installation. You will work closely with Associates, Architects and a supportive director to help coordinate, manage and deliver projects to a high standard. This could be you. Key Responsibilities Lead architectural projects through all phases — concept, documentation and delivery. Prepare and review detailed design solutions and high-quality documentation. Coordinate with consultants, clients and contractors to achieve successful outcomes. Maintain compliance with BCA/NCC, Australian Standards and local planning requirements. Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to skill development and studio culture. Represent the practice in client meetings, design presentations and design workshops. What We’re Looking For Degree in Architecture with 7 years post-graduate experience (or equivalent). Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Architects Accreditation Council of Australia is highly desirable; not mandatory Proven ability to take projects from concept through to delivery. Strong design sensibility with excellent technical, documentation and coordination skills. Proficiency in ARCHICAD is essential; REVIT or other tools advantageous. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
