About the Opportunity We are partnering with several well-established civil contractors across Southeast Queensland who are experiencing strong project growth and are actively seeking experienced Civil Supervisors to join their delivery teams. Projects span water infrastructure, Roads & TMR works, residential subdivisions and FRP , with values ranging from small packages through to major infrastructure upgrades. These roles offer hands-on site leadership, strong project pipelines and long-term career progression within stable, well-backed contractors. If you’re a practical, boots-on-the-ground Supervisor who enjoys leading crews and driving program outcomes, there are multiple opportunities available to match your background and preferred project type. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site operations across water, roads, TMR and subdivision projects Lead crews and subcontractors to deliver works safely and on program Coordinate plant, materials and sequencing to maintain productivity Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and project specifications Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and stakeholders to meet delivery targets What You’ll Bring Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in water, roads/TMR, subdivisions or FRP Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and sequencing Demonstrated leadership of crews and subcontractors on active sites Solid knowledge of safety, environmental and quality compliance Ability to manage multiple work fronts and maintain program control Salary & Benefits Salary packages up to $200K Super (depending on experience) Company vehicle and site allowances (role dependent) Monday–Friday schedules, with some project-based flexibility Strong pipeline of SEQ infrastructure projects Long-term opportunities with growing civil contractors If you're looking to step into a new supervisory role across water infrastructure, TMR roads, subdivisions or FRP works , we’d welcome a confidential discussion.
