We are working with a number of established and growing civil contractors delivering infrastructure projects across roads, TMR networks, water infrastructure and major civil works throughout Queensland and regional Australia. With strong project pipelines and continued expansion across multiple businesses, there are currently several opportunities available for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers . These roles offer varying levels of responsibility, project sectors and location options including both local SEQ delivery and regional or FIFO-based work. Successful candidates will gain exposure to major infrastructure projects, experienced leadership teams and clear career progression pathways within respected civil construction organisations. Current Opportunities: Project Manager – Roads & Infrastructure (Regional / Remote) Up to $230K Super FIFO uplift Responsible for the full lifecycle delivery of regional road and infrastructure projects. You will lead site teams, coordinate stakeholders and manage program, safety and commercial performance across remote project environments. Project Manager – Civil Infrastructure (Roads & Mining) Up to $200K Super FIFO uplift Oversee the delivery of civil construction packages ranging from $1M to $40M across road and mining infrastructure projects. This role suits a practical Project Manager comfortable managing site teams on rostered projects. Project Manager – Water Infrastructure Up to $220K Super Manage the delivery of water infrastructure projects up to $30M across Southeast Queensland , overseeing project planning, delivery, commercial performance and stakeholder engagement from start to completion.
