About the Role We are partnering with several established civil contractors across Queensland who have secured strong pipelines of work across Roads & TMR infrastructure, water projects, subdivisions, rail, concrete structures and mining works . Due to continued growth and a high volume of upcoming tenders, we are seeking experienced Estimators and Senior Estimators to join high-performing pre-contract teams in Brisbane and key regional hubs. These opportunities will see you working across diverse civil packages ranging from $1M to $50M, contributing to competitive tender submissions across both public and private sector projects. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership, project delivery teams and clients, playing a critical role in securing major infrastructure and development works. Brisbane-based roles are available, with relocation considered for strong candidates.
