A leading Australian Software Company based in North Sydney requires a Technical Business Analyst for initial 6 month plus contract. As the Technical Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analysing, translating and documenting functional and non-functional requirements across complex systems, integrations and data flows. On a daily basis you will: Elicit, analyse and document detailed business and technical requirements Translate business needs into functional specs, technical documentation and data mappings Analyse existing systems, integrations and processes to identify improvement opportunities Develop high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria Manage and refine product backlogs in alignment with Agile principles Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and technical deep-dives Work closely with architects and developers to ensure scalable, compliant solutions Support testing activities and ensure traceability from requirement through to delivery To succeed in this role, you will have: Extensive experience as a Technical Business Analyst Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation or system implementation programs Strong Agile delivery experience Experience working across APIs, integrations, data flows and system interfaces Solid understanding of SQL and Microsoft SQL environments Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence) and O365 Strong documentation and workshop facilitation capability Experience working with vendors and cross-functional technical teams In return a great daily rate is on offer for the successful candidate.
