Blake Oliver Consulting is supporting the appointment of a Senior Relationship Manager into a well-established Australian banking group within its Commercial Banking division. This role focuses on managing and expanding a portfolio of professional services clients, including accounting firms, legal practices, consulting businesses, and advisory firms. The successful candidate will play a key role in deepening existing client relationships while driving new-to-bank client acquisition through structured business development and referral networks. You will work alongside internal specialists across wealth, financial markets, and transactional banking, delivering integrated financial solutions to a diverse portfolio of professional services clients. What You’ll Do Manage and grow a portfolio of professional services clients including accounting firms, law firms, consultants, and advisory businesses. Drive new client acquisition through established referral networks and targeted business development activity. Structure commercial lending solutions including cashflow lending and complex credit arrangements. Collaborate with internal specialists across wealth, markets, and transactional banking to deliver integrated client solutions. Maintain long-term trusted advisor relationships with business owners and senior partners across the professional services sector. Deliver portfolio growth through lending drawdowns, relationship expansion, and new client wins. What We’re Looking For Experience in commercial or business banking relationship management. Strong lending capability, including credit analysis, cashflow lending, and deal structuring. A proven ability to win and grow new client relationships. Established networks across accountants, brokers, advisers, or other professional intermediaries. Strong communication and relationship management capability with senior business stakeholders.
