Ridge Air is looking for an experienced Refrigeration Mechanic / HVAC Installer to work across commercial and multi-residential construction projects throughout Brisbane. Current projects include large-scale multi-residential developments such as Mosaic Aria , along with a strong pipeline of upcoming commercial construction projects. This role offers consistent full-time work, strong overtime opportunities, and long-term job security . Key Responsibilities - Installation of HVAC and refrigeration systems on commercial and multi-residential projects - Working with ducted systems, VRV/VRF systems, pipework and plant equipment - Reading and interpreting plans and specifications - Working alongside site teams to deliver projects on time - Maintaining high safety and installation standards Requirements - Refrigeration / HVAC trade qualification - ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence - Experience in commercial or multi-residential HVAC installation - Construction site experience - White Card - Current Driver's Licence What's On Offer - $56.25-$75/hr (depending on experience) - Full-time permanent role - Overtime available - Work across major Brisbane projects including multi-residential and commercial developments - Opportunity for a vehicle to be provided for the right candidate after commencement - Long-term pipeline of ongoing work
