The Role Deliver mechanical building services design for complex and mission-critical facilities Design HVAC systems for data centres, including redundancy, resilience and thermal management Undertake load calculations, plant selection and energy efficiency analysis Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams using Revit MEP and BIM workflows Support projects from concept through construction and commissioning Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery Must be self-sufficient, confident working independently, and capable of managing and responding to demanding clients professionally Project Exposure Work across commercial, healthcare, education and infrastructure developments, alongside a strong pipeline of technically demanding data centre projects requiring high reliability and performance outcomes.
