We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Scheduler/Service Coordinator . This is a fast-paced, office-based role where you will be responsible for coordinating daily service operations, managing technician schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can confidently manage a high volume of communication throughout the day. Key Responsibilities Scheduling and coordinating daily jobs for plumbing technicians Managing a high volume of emails (approximately 100 per day) Liaising with customers for appointments, updates, and enquiries Monitoring job progress and adjusting schedules as required Using the Aroflo system to manage work orders and scheduling Communicating effectively with field technicians Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all job information is up to date About You Experienced in scheduling administration, or customer service Experience using Aroflo or similar job management systems is advantageous, but not essential Highly organised with strong time management skills Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Comfortable managing high email volumes and multiple priorities If you are a motivated coordinator who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly and working as part of a high-performing team, we would love to hear from you.
