As the exclusive Australian distributor of major global brands this creates an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Inventory Controller to join the team. In this part-time role, you’ll manage the movement of stock from international suppliers through to local customers, essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the supply chain. Ensuring the right products are where they need to be, when they need to be there helping maintain product availability and supporting sales performance. Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements and review stock turns Forecast and place purchase orders with overseas suppliers Track lead times, shipping schedules and incoming containers Oversee local customer orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment Liaise closely with sales, warehouse teams and international suppliers Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and minimise over/under stocking What do you need? Experience in inventory control, purchasing or supply chain operations Strong Excel skills or familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. MYOB, Cin7, NetSuite or similar) A proactive, detail-oriented approach with excellent follow-up skills Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities Experience in import or wholesale distribution (preferred but not essential) If you’re excited by the opportunity to support a growing business in the toy and hobby industry APPLY NOW!
