The Company Our client is a globally recognised logistics provider with state-of-the-art facilities and industry-leading systems. Their culture is professional yet down to earth, with a strong team environment and excellent training provided. Due to continued growth, they are seeking additional support staff. This is a long-term temporary opportunity, working Monday to Friday, 3:00pm 11:00pm. The Role As a Network Control Agent, you will support export operations to ensure shipments are processed accurately and on time within critical cut-off deadlines. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to export shipment queries via radio communication and resolving issues promptly Completing and maintaining daily shift reports Conducting warehouse checks and scanning shipments within held cages to ensure timely processing Light physical handling of shipments (lifting only) Supporting warehouse operations while wearing required safety PPE Full training will be provided on internal DHL systems. Essential Skills Previous logistics experience (airfreight, exports, warehouse or operations) will be highly regarded Efficient typing skills (4060 WPM) and strong Microsoft Office proficiency Confident computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Team-oriented with a willingness to learn Ability to work under pressure and meet strict cut-off timelines White ASIC card (mandatory assistance can be provided to obtain one) Full Australian working rights Salary Award hourly wages with applicable penalty rates.
