Your Role As an Associate Nursing/Midwifery Unit Manager Level 2, you will provide comprehensive nursing services across various healthcare settings, progressing from competent to proficient practitioner. You will support the Nursing Unit Manager in leading clinical teams whilst maintaining accountability for your practice standards and the development of junior staff. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care with focus on Aboriginal Health Southern initiatives Promote continuity and consistency of patient care in collaboration with senior management Assist in implementing practice changes and quality improvement initiatives Support Primary Health Care responsibilities including performance management, recruitment, staffing, and resource planning Mentor and guide less experienced nursing staff What You Bring You must be registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practising certificate.
