We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of RN/M2C Clinical Nurse or AHP2 Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, or Psychologist, contributing their unique expertise to our multidisciplinary team. Essential Criteria For Clinical Nurse (RN2/MC): Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a current practising certificate. Enrolled in an approved Mental Health course or holds a relevant postgraduate qualification. Minimum of 3 years full-time equivalent post-registration mental health experience and demonstrated leadership in guiding less experienced staff. For Mental Health Occupational Therapist (AHP2): Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy and eligibility for registration in Australia. Membership with a relevant Professional Association, meeting all registration requirements. Clinical experience in planning and evaluating services to meet community needs, with a focus on supervision of less experienced professionals. For Mental Health Social Worker (AHP2): Recognised qualification in Social Work and eligibility for full membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). Commitment to ongoing professional development in line with AASW guidelines. Experience in delivering integrated mental health services and contributing to clinical supervision of other professionals. For Mental Health Psychologist (AHP2): General registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia, holding an Honours Degree in Psychology. Completion of 2 years of Board-approved supervision and training or equivalent qualifications. Desirable: Clinical endorsement with AHPRA or willingness to participate in the Clinical Psychology Registrar Program.
