IT Change manager - Gov Client Location - Adelaide Contract until Dec 2026 IT Organisational Change Manager Adelaide (Hybrid) ASAP Start – Contract until December We are seeking an experienced IT Organisational Change Manager to support a large, multi-year transformation portfolio focused on cyber security and emerging technology initiatives. This role will sit within a dedicated IT Change function and play a critical part in driving the successful adoption of major Cyber Security and AI initiatives across a complex organisation. About the Role Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT Change & Adoption, you will lead and embed change across people, process and technology to ensure successful implementation of strategic IT initiatives while minimising disruption to business-as-usual operations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive engagement, enable readiness and ensure timely adoption of new technology platforms across a diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end change management for large-scale IT initiatives Design and implement comprehensive change strategies and adoption plans Partner with senior leaders to embed sustainable behavioural and cultural change Develop and execute enterprise-wide communication strategies Deliver targeted stakeholder engagement to support readiness and buy-in Coordinate change activities across complex cyber security and AI programs About You 5 years’ experience leading large-scale IT organisational change within complex environments Demonstrated experience supporting cyber security or digital transformation programs Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders Proven experience driving enterprise-wide technology adoption Skilled in developing impactful communications and engagement strategies Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant digital transformation initiative within a forward-looking organisation.
