You’ll lead a 20–30 person team, balance day-to-day execution with future planning, and play a key role in building a high-performing, disciplined operation. This is a hands-on leadership role - visible, accountable and commercially focused. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end warehouse operations: inbound, storage, inventory, picking and dispatch Lead and develop warehouse leaders and the broader team Deliver service, accuracy, productivity and cost KPIs Maintain strong inventory control and ERP discipline Champion WHS and set clear safety expectations Recruit, onboard, train and manage performance Drive continuous improvement across safety, efficiency and service Collaborate across Sales, Planning, Quality and Logistics
