About the Role We are looking for a sales-driven Future Student Advisor to join our Student Recruitment team in Surry Hills. This is a high-volume, phone-based, consultative sales role where you will guide prospective students from enquiry through to enrolment. You will manage a large pipeline, qualify applicants against entry requirements, and convert suitable prospects into enrolled students. You will be speaking with warm leads, not cold calls. Your job is to ask the right questions, have meaningful conversations, provide clear guidance, manage objections, and move people forward. Clear processes, CRM support, and defined KPIs High-growth organisation with genuine internal progression Values-led, B Corp-certified university What you’ll Be Doing Manage the end-to-end student journey from enquiry to enrolment Convert warm leads using a consultative, outcomes-focused sales approach Conduct high-volume phone, SMS, and email engagement daily Assess applicant eligibility against published entry criteria Progress qualified applicants through to enrolment and commencement Maintain accurate, compliant records in Salesforce CRM Participate in Open Days, campus tours, and information sessions Collaborate with admissions, onboarding, and support teams to remove blockers What We’re Looking For We’re strongly considering candidates who meet the following criteria: Proven ability to follow structured processes and work within defined guidelines Confident, professional phone presence with strong listening and rapport-building skills Self-driven and accountable, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision Clear and confident verbal communication skills, particularly in a phone-based environment Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce Comfortable working across CRM platforms and standard business systems, including Word and Excel Role Overview Future Student Advisor Location: Surry Hills, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne Employment Type: Full-time, permanent Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days on campus, 2 days WFH Salary: Up to $75K base super uncapped commission OTE: Approximately $105K (top performers earn more) Ready to Apply?
