This is your chance to step into a commercial, client-facing role with a growing labour hire business that works across major construction, civil and infrastructure projects. We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative who can speak the language of builders and site managers, spot new opportunities, and turn conversations into long-term partnerships. The Role You’ll be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of construction clients by: Developing strong relationships with builders, project managers and contractors Identifying new business opportunities across commercial and infrastructure projects Presenting tailored labour hire solutions based on real site needs Managing tenders, RFIs and submissions (government & private portals) Negotiating contracts and securing long-term agreements Working closely with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met Tracking activity and performance through CRM (Pipedrive) and KPI reporting About You You’ll thrive in this role if you have: Previous experience in construction, labour hire or construction sales A strong understanding of how construction sites operate Confidence speaking with site supervisors, builders and decision-makers A natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships Solid negotiation and communication skills Drive, resilience and a hunger to win new business Experience with tenders, contracts or quoting (highly regarded) If you’ve worked on construction sites and are ready to take that knowledge into a commercial role where your effort directly impacts your earnings and career — this is the opportunity for you.
