We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join their team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking a wide range of bread and pastry products while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and efficiency. Key Duties and Responsibilities: ·Preparing, mixing, kneading, and shaping dough for bread, rolls, and other baked goods ·Measuring and combining ingredients according to recipes and production schedules ·Operating baking equipment including mixers, ovens, and proofers ·Monitoring baking times and oven temperatures to ensure product consistency ·Decorating and finishing baked goods where required ·Maintaining high standards of food safety and workplace hygiene ·Managing stock levels and ordering ingredients as needed ·Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations ·Contributing to new product development and seasonal menu items Requirements: Qualifications ·Relevant Baker Certificate preferred (e.g., Certificate III in Baking or equivalent) Skills and Experience ·Minimum three (3) years of full-time experience as a Baker ·Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough fermentation, and pastry production ·Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment ·Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality ·Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required ·Good communication and teamwork skills What is on Offer Competitive annual salary of $75,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation Stable full-time employment Supportive and professional team environment Opportunity to contribute to a growing and reputable bakery Applications must be submitted by midnight 2 April 2026 and should include a resume outlining relevant experience and qualifications.
