About the Role This is a hands-on leadership position where you will be responsible for: Driving overall productivity and performance of the service department Leading, motivating, and supporting your team to achieve KPIs Ensuring all servicing and repairs meet our high quality standards Delivering exceptional customer service experiences Managing workflow, efficiency, and departmental profitability You will play a critical role in maintaining our strong reputation for service excellence.
