Lead high impact national health policy work at the centre of Australia's public hospital funding system. As the Director of the Hospital Policy and Projects Section, you will guide a talented team to deliver key components of IHACPA's activity based funding and block funding frameworks, including the Pricing Framework, National Efficient Price and National Efficient Cost. You will oversee policy projects that drive continuous improvement in hospital pricing, costing and classification, ensuring IHACPA's models remain robust, transparent and fit for purpose. In this role, you will shape policy positions, manage complex assessments, and provide expert advice on cross border matters, service inclusions and funding model design. You will build strong relationships across jurisdictions and health sector stakeholders and support the CEO and Executive on strategic and emerging issues.
